This wine is produced by Cuvée juice only which is the first and noblest part of the juice produced from the press that gives particularly fine and elegant wine.The production of the vintage 2019 is limited to 432 bottles.
Petit Verdot Brut Rosé is available with three different levels of dosage:
- “Pas Dosé” with zero dosage sugar is for those who loves very dry wine with maximum expression of minerality and freshness.
- “Extra Brut” with 3 g/L of dosage sugar is very dry with just a little more body than the Pas Dosé: The perfect balance between dryness and roundness.
- “Brut” with 8 g/L of dosage sugar is particularly round and creamy without any excess of sweetness.
The wine has a light salmon rosé color with a fine and persistent perlage.
The bouquet has notes of pink grapefruit, red fruits, spices, yeast and fresh bread.
At the palate the wine is dry, refreshing crispy and mineral with an enchanting effervescence and roundness depending on the dosage level.
